Tasmina Rahman
孟加拉格萊珉信託總經理
General Manager of Grameen Trust
Tasmina 跟著尤努斯博士於微型金融服務圈與社會型企業領域從業多年，她在格萊珉信託服務了24年，並於今(2018)年9月1號正式上任格萊珉信託總經理一職。
自1994年以來，她與格萊珉信託催生了橫跨41個國家、超過152個項目的格萊珉服務，截至2018年10月31日，他已為超過7,500多名創業家提供了各種協助與輔導。
Tasmina 在Grameen Bank Approach（GBA）的經驗加持後，在格萊珉信託的全球複製計劃方面擁有廣泛的經驗。她參與了不同國家的小額信貸和社會型企業的工作坊和培訓課程，也對全球格萊珉信託的運營密切關照並定期拜訪。
她同時也是孟加拉和中國的小額信貸組織及社會型企業的董事會成員。
Ms. Tasmina Rahman, practitioner of microfinance and social business joined Grameen Trust (GT) as the General Manager on September 1, 2018. She had been working with Grameen Trust for more than twenty four years. She has the opportunity to work with Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus at different levels of Grameen Trust.
Since 1994, she has been working with Grameen Trust which has helped implementation of more than 152 Grameen Replication Programs in 41 countries and provided equity support to more than 7,500 new entrepreneurs by October 31, 2018.
Ms. Tasmina Rahman has a wide range of experience on GT’s worldwide replication programs following Grameen Bank Approach (GBA). She has participated at different workshops and training programs on various issues on Microcredit and Social Business in different countries as well as monitoring and evaluation visits to the microcredit projects run, owned and/or managed by GT worldwide.
She serves as the member of Boards in different microfinance organizations and Social Business entities in Bangladesh and China.
穆罕默德·尤努斯，（孟加拉語：মুহাম্মদ ইউনুস，英語：Muhammad Yunus，1940年6月28日－），孟加拉銀行家、經濟學家，教授，2006年諾貝爾和平獎得主。作為經濟學教授，尤努斯發展了「小額貸款」和「小額金融」的理論和實踐，創建了格萊珉銀行（Grameen Bank，意為鄉村銀行），給貧窮而無法獲得傳統銀行貸款的創業者貸款。2006年，諾貝爾獎委員會授予他與格萊珉銀行諾貝爾和平獎，表彰「他們從社會底層推動經濟和社會發展的努力」。尤努斯也曾獲得過包括世界糧食獎在內的多個國際榮譽。
Professor Muhammad Yunus is a Bangladeshi social entrepreneur, banker, economist, and civil society leader who established the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh in 1983, fueled by the belief that credit is a fundamental human right. These loans are given to entrepreneurs too poor to qualify for traditional bank loans. The Nobel Peace Prize 2006 was awarded jointly to Muhammad Yunus and Grameen Bank “for their efforts to create economic and social development from below.” Yunus has received several other national and international honors. He received the United States Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2009 and the Congressional Gold Medal in 2010.

Lamiya 在格萊珉體系服務了23年，自1994年開始加入格萊珉信託後就持續輔導小額信貸和為貧困者提供金融服務，其足跡遍及45國。
時常出席世界各地關於社會型企業和微型金融服務的各大會議，因為在尤努斯身邊服務多年，在尤努斯博士無法抽身時也會成為尤努斯博士的代理人，同時也是格萊珉醫療的執行總監。
She has worked with Grameen for more than 23 years. In 1994, she joined Grameen Trust, which supports and implements poverty-focused microcredit programs in more than 45 countries. During her tenure at Grameen Trust and Yunus Centre, she has participated and presented at high level international forums, conferences, and summits around the world on the subject of microcredit and social business, on many occasions representing Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus with whom she works very closely. In addition to her responsibilities at Yunus Centre, she serves as the Managing Director of Grameen Healthcare Trust.

擔任超過30年教師、專案開發以及企業家，Shah曾任職於政府部門、聯合國機構及跨國公司，扶持超過三千名基層民衆領袖與社會企業家，指導全球多國超過300個能力建構專案。受到尤努斯博士的感召，Shah和亞洲理工學院尤努斯中心致力於結合科技與益貧式的社會投資，包括行動照護、低價水資源與衛生清潔設施等，並目持續提升社會企業訓緑與顧問肢務，以實現企業領導發展的願景。
Over 30 years as educator, development professional and entrepreneur, Dr. Shah has worked with governments, UN agencies and multinational corporations, grooming over 3,000 grassroots leaders and social entrepreneurs, and overseeing more than 300 capacity-building initiatives. Guided by Professor Yunus, Dr. Shah and YCA pursue a vision of enterprise-led development, linking technologies with pro-poor social investments, currently in mobile healthcare, low-cost water & sanitation, and behavior-change communication, with an expanding portfolio of social business trainings and advisory services to develop the future of social business.

He is also know as a member of the Chief Economist Committee of the Asian Financial Cooperation Association, expert member of the China Banking Regulatory Commission China Small Loan Company Association, researcher of the Yunus University Yunus Center, and independent director of the Dongyang Village Bank of Jiangsu Shuyang. In the high war, he served as a reporter for China Reform and Time Weekly, and a visiting student at the US State Department.

中華民國行政院政務委員、自由軟體程式設計師， 曾致力於多項專案的開發維護，是Haskell和Perl 社群領導者，也是gOv零時政府核心成員。過去曾擔任明基電通、蘋果公司等公司顧問，並長期與開放原始碼社群協作。在2014年至2015年間擔任行政院虛擬世界法規調適計劃顧問，同時與法國外交 部、法國經濟財政部、巴黎市政府、西班牙馬德里市政府在數位治理領域合作。2016年擔任行政院政 務委員，負責督導數位經濟與開放政府發展。
Audrey Tang is a Taiwanese free software programmer, who has been described as one of the “ten greats of Taiwanese computing.” In August 2016, she was invited to join Taiwan’s Cabinet as Digital Minister. She led Taiwan’s first e-Rulemaking project, and serves on the Taiwan National Development Council’s open data committee and K-12 curriculum committee. Previously, she worked as a consultant with Apple on computational linguistics, with Oxford University Press on crowd lexicography, and with Socialtext on social interaction design.

女性創業家、社會企業家，曾任生態綠公司創辦人、 台灣公平貿易協會理事長、綠色電商聯盟副理事長， 現任第九屆立法委員，擔任立法院數位國家促進會，數位經濟與社會經濟國會交流促進會會長，持續與政府溝通青年創新創業議題，推動金融科技創新實驗條例、產業創新發展條例、社會企業發展條例等，完善產業生態系，為年輕創業家打造與國際接軌的公平環境、一起翻轉台灣。
Karen Yu is a Taiwanese politician. A member of the Democratic Progressive Party, she has served in the Legislative Yuan since 2016.Yu has also served on the council of the Taiwan Fairtrade Association, who champions the causes of Taiwanese entrepreneurs and startups. Her work helps them find resources and connections to get more international attention. She founded the cafe OKOGreen in 2008. The establishment served only coffee produced through fair trade practices, and supported environmentalism by partnering with Green Party Taiwan and the Taiwan Environmental Information Center. Karen Yu was once an entrepreneur in Taiwan. No wonder as a legislator she is championing a legal ecosystem that promotes startups and young business people.

國立台中科技大學企業管理系教授，並於國立成功大學企業管理系取得碩士與博士學位。2012-2016年間李教授在目前服務學校擔任企管系主任，現在則為推廣部主任。李教授的研究領域為電子商務、使用者界面設計與知識管理，並發表學術文章於Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, Applied Ergonomics, International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics 等期刊。李教授近來的學術活動集中於創新使用者界面開發與創意商品化。
Kuo-Wei Lee is a professor in Department of Business Administration at National Taichung University of Science and Technology. He received his MS and PhD degrees in Department of Business Administration from National Cheng-Kung University. From 2013 to 2016 he was the chairman of Department of Business Administration at the University and the Director of Continuing Education at the present time. His research focuses on E-commerce, user interfaces design and knowledge management. He also has published articles on Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, Applied Ergonomics, International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics and so on. His current research activities are in the fields of innovative user interface development, as well as commercialization of creative design.

何昕家，是一位跨科際研究者與實踐者，目前服務於國立臺中科技大學通識教育中心。研究致力於在連結校園環境空間與教學，同時也致力於通識教育連結環境教育，多年獲得教育部顧問室、資科司、技職司，通識課程補助計畫，將通識教育觸角擴展並深化到環境教育。也擔任教育部不同補助計畫委員。同時也是奧萬大自然教育中心、友達光電臺中廠區兩個環境教育設施場所營運主持人。目前也是「教育部戶外教育推動會協力與後設評估計畫」的主持人。戶外教育是連結學生學習與真實環境重要媒介，也是創造學生學習高峰經驗關鍵途徑。
He, Shin-jia, a trans-disciplinary researcher and practitioner, works at General Education Center, National Taichung University of Science and Technology at present. The main field of his research is connecting the environmental space on campus with teaching. At the same time, he is dedicated to connecting general education with environmental education. For years he has received the research grants on general education from Advisory Office, Department of Information and Technology Education, and Department of Technological and Vocational Education of Ministry of Education to expand and further general education to environmental education. He is also the operating officer of the two environmental education facilities, Aowanda Nature Center and AUO Taichung as well as the principle investigator of “Outdoor Education Promotion Committee Collaboration and Meta-evaluation Program.” Outdoor education is not only the important medium to connect students’ learning to the real environment but also the key pathway to create students’ peak experience in learning.

現職為中央大學企業管理學系副教授，他亦兼任中央大學尤努斯社會中心主任、公益傳播中心主任、大學社會責任辦公室策略組組長。沈建文為美國西北大學工業工程與管理科學博士，他已發表超過90多篇的學術論文，及參與超過30件包含科技部、交通部、教育部、美國國家科學基金會等單位之計畫案。目前他亦擔任台灣社會影響力研究院的常務理事。
Dr. Chien-wen Shen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at National Central University (NCU). He also serves as the Director of the Yunus Social Business Center, Director of the Center for Media and Social Impact, and Division Director of the University Social Responsibility Office at NCU. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University. Dr. Shen has published over 90 research papers and participated with more than 30 research/industrial projects supported by Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Ministry of Education, and National Science Foundation. Now he is also an Executive Director of the Social Impact Institute of Taiwan.

林崇偉博士曾任臺灣交通大學教授，多年來他致力研究資訊與輔助科技應用，期望能提高身心障礙者、高齡者和照顧者的生活品質，日常便利及社會參與。林教授在2014年創辦众社會企業，迄今已成為無障礙資訊、旅宿和交通創新服務領域的領導廠商，並榮獲超過117項國內外大獎。本次第二屆尤努斯社會型企業研討會，林教授將分享众社會企業如何與政府、企業以及服務使用者（身障與高齡者）合作，應用開放資料和智慧行動技術，攜手推動「9453友善旅人誌—臺灣家庭無障礙旅遊資訊平台」的經驗，也邀請與會來賓一起參與12/27與大會共同舉辦的會後參訪體驗。

In the upcoming YUNUS conference, Prof. Lin will present OurCityLove’s experience in working with government, private businesses and the disabled/senior citizens for the integrated services of “9453 Friendly Traveler – Family Accessible Tourism”

從英國曼徹斯特大學商學院畢業之後，曾經在香港工作過，也在台灣資策會待過。因綠際會之下開始社會企業相關研究，之後接下高雄大學尤努斯社會企業研究中心主任一職，希望應用所學專業知識，帶領學生讓台灣社會變得更好。
After graduating from Manchester Business School, I worked in Hong Kong as well as in Taiwan as a researcher of Institute of Information Industry. My research interest in social enterprises began by chance when I was invited to join a related research project. As the director of the YSBC at National Kaohsiung University, it is my hope to contribute my professional knowledge, together with my students, to make Taiwan as better place to live in.

Philippa Tsai received her M.A. degree in Management and her B.A. in Law from National Taiwan University. In current. she serves as Chairperson of Freemann Management Advisors Limited; President of Chinese Association for Corporate Transformation Innovation and Advancement; Special Representative of Rotary International District 3480, and as supervisor for reorganization of Kolin Inc. She was reorganizer of Far-Eastern Air Transport Company, and Adjunct Professor Rank Expert of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. She is a specialist in mergers & acquisitions as well as reorganization of enterprises, and also actively articipates in public welfare services.
